Training sessions are held on the first Sunday of every month. We meet at West Woodhay Village Hall at 10am.

Knowledgeable instructors with 150 years experience between them are on hand to help and assist with all aspects of gundog work from the puppy stage through to a fully trained dog, they will bring you up to the standard required for you to use your dog on a shoot day.

If you feel that tests and trials are your ultimate aim, our instructors have all run dogs in both and can offer the necessary competition advice and guidance on both Spaniels and Retrievers.

At these sessions we have for sale all items needed for training including: leads, dummies, whistles, lanyards, rabbit skins etc. Larger pieces of equipment can be ordered on request.

There is a charge of £2 per handler per session and for insurance purposes you must be a member of the club to attend the training classes.
